§ 6-155. Obstruction of view from street.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person operating or owning an establishment licensed as an amusement arcade to erect or maintain any screen, curtain, blind, partition or obstruction of any nature whatsoever in the front of such place so as to obstruct a clear view of the interior of the same from the street, whether such obstruction is maintained inside or outside of the building in which such amusement arcade is located.
