§ 6-157. Regulations concerning minors.

It shall be unlawful for any person operating an establishment licensed as an amusement arcade to allow or permit any person under the age of 16 years to be within or upon the premises of such an establishment between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weeknights, unless accompanied by such minor person's parent or legal guardian.
