§ 8-195. Protective fences and walls during construction work.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to prevent any contractor or owner engaged in construction work for which a building permit has been issued, or a public contract let, from constructing and maintaining such temporary fences and walls as are authorized under the building code of the unified government.
