§ 8-223. Height and location.

  • (a)

    An open fence no more than four feet in height is permitted anywhere on the owner's property except within the sight distance triangle.

    (b)

    Any fence not otherwise prohibited and no more than six feet in height is permitted within an area demarcated by the property side line from the front of a residence or other main building to the rear property line and across the area property line.
