§ 8-227. Fences enclosing public and semipublic facilities.

  • Open fences enclosing elementary schools, high schools, golf courses, churches, country clubs, community centers, hospitals, and elderly housing may be erected to a height not exceeding six feet when necessary for the safety or restraint of the occupants thereof or when necessary for the security of the premises within.
