The violation of any provision of this division is a public offense and any person
convicted thereof shall be sentenced to a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than
$2,500.00, be imprisoned for a term of not exceeding six months, or both. Each day
that a violation of this division shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
The prosecution of any violation as a public offense pursuant to this section may
be in addition to or as an alternative to any other remedy or course of action available
to the unified government.
