Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $2,500.00, be imprisoned
for not exceeding six months, or both. The office of chief counsel shall, at the request
of the building official, render such legal assistance as may be necessary in carrying
out the provisions of this article.
