§ 8-378. Reciprocity.

Upon payment by the applicant of the appropriate annual license fee, the building official may summarily issue licenses to plumbers licensed by other municipalities or states where the building official concludes that those other municipalities' or states' requirements for licensure are equal to or more stringent than those provided in this article and where such other municipalities or states provide similar reciprocal licensing.
