§ 8-473. Time to file registration statement.

Latest version.

The registration statement required by this division shall be filed by each owner:
(1)

By May 1, 2018, for any building, structure or parcel owned as of such date, through April 30, 2020.

(2)

Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy required by the International Building Code, as adopted and amended by the unified government.

(3)

Within such time as provided in section 8-475 in the case of a change of ownership.
