§ 8-508. Removal of timbers; cleaning of premises; attachment to foundation.

  • (a)

    Within 60 days after a moved building has been placed at the new location, all cribbing and other timbers used in the moving must be removed by the mover who obtained the moving permit, the premises left in a clean and presentable condition and the building firmly attached to the foundation.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy, use, or permit or allow to be occupied or used any moved building until such building has been firmly attached to the foundation and the premises are in a clean and presentable condition.
