§ 8-576. Membership.

The development review committee shall consist of nine members, one each from the building inspection division, unified government public health department, engineering division, planning division, public works department, economic development department, the fire department and the water division and electric division of the board of public utilities. Members of the committee shall be designated by the head of each department or division.
