§ 8-578. Secretary.

The member from the planning division shall serve as secretary of the development review committee. Such member shall cause to be made accurate minutes of all committee meetings, prepare the agenda for each meeting, and, in advance thereof, supply members with pertinent data relating to the business of the committee.
