Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction,
be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $2,500.00, by imprisonment
for not more than six months, or by both. The office of chief counsel shall, at the
request of the building official, render such legal assistance as may be necessary
in carrying out the provisions of this article.
