§ 210. Changing of agenda.

Subject to the chairperson's prerogative to reasonably arrange agendas, as set out herein, requests by standing committee members for placement of items on the agenda shall be granted provided that the request is made in writing prior to a reasonable deadline for submission in order to provide adequate notice to the mayor, administrator, other commissioners and the public for matters to be considered.
