§ 306. Attendance and quorum.

Attendance shall be taken at all meetings of standing committees, reflecting members present and including substitute members:
a.

A minimum of four members shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business; and

b.

If a quorum cannot be met, the chairperson may attempt to contact member and nonmember commissioner(s) via telephone sufficient to meet a quorum, or may continue the meeting to the next regularly scheduled standing committee meeting.
