§ 512. Administrator's agenda.

The administrator's agenda shall be prepared by the administrator, subject to the approval of the mayor and the commission at a time when the full commission meets, and shall include sufficient summary explanation to make clear to members of the commission and the public the matter to be discussed and the action requested.
