§ 713. Submission of ordinances.

Latest version.

No ordinance shall be presented to the commission unless the same is recommended by the appropriate commission committee, is introduced or endorsed by a commissioner or is recommended by the administrator:
a.

The attorney shall approve all ordinances as to form and legality before passage by the commission; and

b.

Unless otherwise required, ordinances shall be adopted on one reading of the commission.
