§ 714. Submission of resolutions.

Latest version.

No resolution shall be presented to the commission unless the same is recommended by the appropriate commission committee, is introduced or endorsed by a commissioner or is recommended by the administrator:
a.

The attorney shall approve as to form and legality all resolutions passed by the commission; and

b.

Resolutions shall be adopted on one reading of the commission.
