§ 10-35. Control of workmen employed by lot owners.

All workmen employed by lot owners in the construction of vaults, erection of monuments, etc., in a cemetery shall be subject to the control of the county administrator or the administrator's delegate, and, on the refusal of any such workman to comply with any lawful directive of the same, the workman shall not be permitted to work within a cemetery.
