§ 10-36. Removal of dirt and rubbish.

All earth and rubbish accumulated by the owner of any lot in a cemetery or his agent on the grounds thereof shall be carefully removed by such owner or agent from the cemetery grounds without delay or deposited in such locality as directed by the county administrator or the administrator's delegate.
