§ 10-37. Removal of improper monuments, fences, trees, etc.
Latest version.
If any monument, fence or structure is placed in, upon or around any lot in a cemetery,
or if any trees, shrubs or plants are suffered to grow thereon which the city administrator
or the administrator's delegate deems offensive, improper, unsightly, or injurious
to the appearance of the grounds or surrounding lots, the county administrator or
the administrator's delegate shall have the right to enter upon such lot or grounds
and cause the same to be removed.
