§ 18-25. Meetings.

  • (a)

    The commission on human relations and disabilities issues shall hold a regular meeting at least once each month at such time and place as shall be fixed by said commission in its standing rules. Special meetings shall be called by the chairperson or, in the chairperson's absence, by the vice-chairperson, upon written request of eight members of the commission.

    (b)

    Eight members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

    (c)

    The commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and keep a record of its activities and minutes of all meetings.
