§ 18-274. Review and sunset.

Latest version.

(a)

This division shall be reviewed by the board of commissioners on or before the fourth anniversary of its enactment to determine whether it should be revised or whether additional studies are warranted.

(b)

This division shall be repealed effective December 31, 2019.
