§ 19-50. Operating hours.

Car wash establishments not completely enclosed in a building not within an area zoned C-1 or that have not filed with the unified government clerk waivers executed by the owners or occupants of adjoining properties within areas zoned residential within 50 feet of such establishment or 100 feet of structures or that do not have an attendant shall not be open for business between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
