§ 19-51. Use of vehicle lights and horns on premises.

  • The owners or operators of car wash establishments and the owners or operators of automobiles, trucks or trailers shall not permit headlights or horns on such vehicles to be turned on while on the premises of car wash establishments. Such establishments shall erect signs in prominent places easily visible to owners or operators of automobiles, trucks or trailers warning them not to permit headlights or horns on such vehicles to be turned on while on the premises of the car wash establishment and informing such owners or operators of automobiles, trucks or trailers that such action constitutes a violation of city ordinances and will subject them to prosecution.
