§ 19-52. Unlawful congregation on premises.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for the owners or operators of car wash establishments to permit persons other than owners, operators or employees, or operators or occupants of vehicles being serviced or waiting to be serviced to congregate on the premises of car wash establishments.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for persons other than owners or occupants of vehicles being serviced or waiting to be serviced to congregate on the premises of car wash establishments.
