§ 19-117. Giving false information.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly make any false statement in an application for a permit to act as a private security officer or for a license to engage in the private security business. Giving of a false statement on an application for a permit to act as a private security officer or on an application for a license to engage in the private security business shall be grounds for denial of such application or for revocation of such permit or license if the permit or license has already been issued.
