§ 19-163. Office requirements.

Before any tree trimmer's license shall be issued, the applicant shall establish and maintain an office in the greater city area equipped with a telephone and an employee in charge daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, to answer all calls concerning any complaints or injuries.
