§ 19-192. Confidentiality.

(a)

All information submitted in compliance with this article is deemed a public record exempt from disclosure to the extent permitted by law.

(b)

All information submitted in compliance with this article will be kept so that the contents are not disclosed except to persons authorized to administer and enforce this article.

(c)

Subject to the requirements of confidentiality, the alarm coordinator will develop and maintain statistics to assist alarm system evaluation by members of the public and unified government board of commissioners.
