§ 19-193. Penalty.

(a)

Each conviction of a violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00.

(b)

Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during which any violation of this article is committed, continued or permitted.

(c)

Any fine imposed by the court is in addition to any false alarm fees that have been assessed against the alarm user under this article.
