§ 19-228. What the license covers.

(a)

One license shall be issued for each building with rental dwelling units and shall be deemed to cover all such dwelling units under single ownership.

(b)

The city shall have authority to exercise its licensing powers under this article, including the power to issue, renew, deny, revoke, and suspend licenses, with respect to an entire building or only a portion of a building.
