§ 19-239. Hazardous or unfit dwellings.

When a rental dwelling unit is determined to be unfit or hazardous pursuant to this Code or applicable state statutes, the rental dwelling license shall be cancelled on the effective date of said determination. The dwelling shall be eligible to hold a rental dwelling license only after the inspection, approval and pursuant to the conditions established by the public officer.
