§ 19-244. Operation of rental dwelling without license a misdemeanor.

A person who rents to another, offers for rent, or allows to be occupied any rental dwelling unit without a license as required in section 19-226 or who violates the provisions of section 19-246 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 8-457.
