§ 19-340. License required.

No flea market promoter shall rent space or allocate space to flea market sellers without first obtaining a license from the license administrator. A flea market promoter providing space to flea market sellers at more than one location shall be required to obtain a license for each location. Only one license per location shall be required for each flea market, and the individual flea market sellers shall not be required to obtain a license. The license administrator may restrict the license for use on certain dates and times. The fee for any flea market license granted under the provisions of this article shall be set by the county administrator.
