§ 19-341. Special use permit required.

It shall be unlawful to hold, sponsor, or cause to be held a flea market unless the property has received a special use permit as required by chapter 27, article VIII. If chapter 27, article VIII requires a special use permit, the flea market promoter shall obtain the special use permit prior to any flea market being held on the property. The site for the flea market shall comply with all other zoning requirements.
