Chapter 19. LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS |
Article XI. FLEA MARKETS |
§ 19-344. License requirements.
The following information shall be included in the license application filed under oath with the license administrator:
(1)
The following general information:
a.
Name of person, firm, group, corporation, association or organization conducting the flea market;
b.
A copy of photo identification of the individual signing the application;
c.
Permanent address and telephone number of applicant;
d.
Local address and telephone number of local agent, if the applicant resides outside the corporate limits of the city;
e.
Applicant's social security number or federal employer's identification number;
f.
Type of merchandise or service offered for sale; and
g.
If applicant is a partnership or corporation, the name and home address of each partner, principal, or corporate officer;
(2)
Name of owner of the property on which said sale is to be located, and written consent of the property owner if applicant is not the owner;
(3)
A copy of the special use permit issued for the flea market;
(4)
Proper permits issued by any other applicable local, state or federal agency;
(5)
Proof the licensee or applicant has paid the required license fee.
