§ 19-392. Time computation.

If any act is required to be performed on a certain date or within a certain period and if that date or the last day of that period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the date or time period shall run until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. The term "legal holiday" includes any day designated as a holiday by the Congress of the United States or by the state legislature or the unified government board of commissioners.
