§ 25-26. Officers; procedures.

The golf advisory board shall have the power to adopt and amend bylaws and rules and regulations which will govern their procedures and the selection of officers; such bylaws, rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with the interlocal agreement or ordinances or resolutions of the unified government and Bonner Springs, Kansas, pertaining to the creation of the golf advisory board. The unified government shall appoint a recording secretary, who will not be a member of the board and shall not have voting rights.
