§ 25-27. Meetings and quorum.

(a)

The golf advisory board shall hold a regular meeting at least four times each year at such time and place as shall be fixed by the board in its bylaws or rules and regulations. Special meetings may be called as established in the bylaws or rules and regulations of the golf advisory board and by the unified government board of commissioners. Notice of special meetings shall be provided in the bylaws.

(b)

Six voting members of the golf advisory board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
