§ 29-265. Retention of procurement records.

Latest version.

All procurement records shall be retained and disposed of in accordance with the records retention guidelines and schedules promulgated by the unified government administrator and approved by the unified government attorney and legislative auditor. All retained documents shall be made available to the unified government attorney and legislative auditor upon request and proper receipt therefor.
