§ 29-266. Record of procurement actions taken under sections 29-156 and 29-157.

  • (a)

    Contents of record. The purchasing director shall maintain a record listing all contracts made under section 29-156 or 29-157 for a minimum of five years. The record shall contain:

    (1)

    Each contractor's name;

    (2)

    The amount and type of each contract;

    (3)

    A listing of the supplies, services, or construction procured under each contract; and

    (4)

    Statement listing reason for justification of the sole source or emergency purchase.

    (b)

    Submission to unified government administrator and council. A copy of such record shall be submitted to the unified government administrator and council on an annual basis. The record shall be available for public inspection.
