§ 29-415. Regulations required.

The unified government administrator shall promulgate regulations governing:
(1)

The management of supplies owned by the unified government during their entire lifecycle;

(2)

The sale, lease, or disposal of surplus supplies owned by the unified government by public auction, competitive sealed bidding, or other appropriate method designated by regulation; and

(3)

Transfer of excess supplies owned by the unified government.
