§ 2-122. Zoning ordinances and regulations.

The creation and establishment of the unified government shall not alter or change the zoning regulations effective in the City of Kansas City, Kansas, at the time the Charter becomes effective, but the same shall continue in force and effect until amended by the unified government upon recommendation by the planning commission in accordance with the applicable state laws.
