§ 701. Mayor to preside as chair; absence.

Unless absent, the mayor shall preside at all meetings:
a.

In the absence of the mayor, the mayor pro-tem shall preside; and

b.

The mayor pro tem shall alternate every two years between the two at-large commission districts, beginning with the at-large commissioner receiving the fewest votes in the September, 1997, general election.
