§ 725. Motion to censure.

In order to censure, a motion "to censure" shall be in order providing such motion shall be made for a specific violation or for repeated violation of the rules and providing such motion shall be made after the particular matter under discussion and debate by the board shall have been brought to vote and conclusion. Motions to censure are not debatable.
