§ 903. Absences from meetings.

Members shall refrain from absenting themselves from meetings in order to influence voting, to delay business of the board or otherwise to impose restrictions on the board. A member shall advise either the mayor or the administrator as to when he or she will be available, at a later date, in order that meetings may be adjourned to specific dates.
