§ 907. Roll call voting; explanation of votes.

Votes of the board shall be held on roll call vote, with the exception of routine agenda items including approval of minutes and adjournment. Members shall be permitted to qualify or explain their votes and ask that such explanation be recorded in the minutes by the clerk as a matter for the record.
