§ 2-265. Prestige of office.

  • (a)

    A unified government representative shall not intentionally use the prestige of the unified government representative's office for the unified government representative's own private gain or that of another except as may be permitted under this division.

    (b)

    The performance of usual and customary constituent services, without additional compensation, does not constitute the use of the prestige of office for a unified government representative's private gain or that of another.
