§ 2-594. Terms and vacancies.

(a)

The terms of the existing board positions in effect on the effective date of the resolution from which this division is derived shall continue until their expiration or three years from the date of appointment, whichever is first.

(b)

After the expiration of the terms of the existing board positions in effect on the effective date of the resolution from which this division is derived, members shall serve for terms of three years or until their successors are appointed and qualified.

(c)

The terms of the new positions created by this division shall be for three years from the effective date of the resolution from which this division is derived or until their successors are appointed and qualified.

(d)

All vacancies on the board shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner that the position was originally filled.
