§ 2-515. Powers and duties.

The solid waste management committee shall have the power to prepare a solid waste management plan for the county and to submit it to the unified government commission for its review and approval, to review the plan at least annually, to provide to the unified government commission a report containing the results of the annual plan reviews, including recommendations for revisions to the plan, and such other powers and duties conferred by statute or not otherwise prohibited.
